Exporting a Marker Symbol as a Picture

In the Marker Symbol Library Selector, you can export a selected marker symbol to a picture. The steps are as follows:

1. In the Marker Symbol Library Selector, click the marker symbol you want to export.
2. Click the File > Export > Export to Picture.

The Export to Picture command is only active if there is selected marker symbol in the symbol pane.

3. In the Export to Picture dialog box that shows up, specify the destination, file name, file format, picture size, etc.
4. Supported file formats include .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .bmp.
5. You are allowed to specify the picture size. You can choose from the default sizes, or customize the width (W) and height (H), in pixels.
6. To transparently display the background of the exported picture, check the Transparent check box.
7. When finished, click Save.
