Insert Image

Introduction

The Image button is used to insert a picture to the layout.

In some projects, you need to add some statistics info in graphs in your layout, especially some complicated graphs from EXCEL. In that case, you can save the graphs as pictures and insert them to your layout.

Function Entrances

Object Operations > Drawing > Image button.

Operating Instructions

1. Click and drag the mouse to specify a rectangle frame to insert the picture.
2. Click again to finish the drawing. The “Select Fill Picture” dialog box pops up.
3. Path: Input the path of the picture, or click the icon on the right to select a picture.
4. Keep Original Size: If you check this option, then the picture will be added to the layout in its original size; otherwise it will fit into the specified rectangle.
5. Click OK to add the picture.

Note

To cancel drawing the picture:

• Right click in the window;
• Or click the Picture button in the toolbar again.
