URL Monitoring

On the URL monitor page, you can do real-time monitor of the added GIS portal, GIS server and other Web pages, and present the results in the form of a topological map. Log on to iManager as an administrator, then click the Monitor option or directly access the URI address http://localhost:8390/imanager to enter the task management page.

Create URL Monitor

Please follow the steps below to create URL monitor:

1. Click on ‘URL Monitor’ on the left navigation bar.
2. Click on ‘Create URL Monitor’ on the page of URL monitor.

3. Fill in the following information:

   

   • Name: Set the name of URL.
   • URL: The URL address, the format of URL should be ‘protocol://hostname:port/path/;parameters?query#fragment’.
   • Expected Status: HTTP status code, please refer to https://www.restapitutorial.com/httpstatuscodes.html for more details.
4. Click on ‘OK’ to finish creating.

Manage URL Monitor

The created URL monitor will be listed on the page of URL monitor, please use the functions below to manage URL monitor:

• Name: The name of URL monitor, set by user when creating.
• Address: The address of URL monitor, click the address to visit the URL.
• Expected code: Show the expected code that set by user when creating.
• Status: Display whether the URL status is consistent with expected code.

• Operation:

  • Edit: Modify the settings of URL monitor.
  • Remove: Delete the URL monitor.

What is more, you can check the boxes on the left side of URL monitor list, and delete the objects in batch.
