Import Fill Symbol Library

Function Description

SuperMap provides symbol library files to store symbol libraries, symbols contained in symbol libraries, and symbol library grouping directories. One symbol library file stores one symbol library. Symbol library files can be imported and exported in the Select to realize symbol library sharing.

Basic Symbol, Auto Carto graphic Symbols, Symbols for the third national land survey, 3D Symbol, The five symbol libraries of Workspace Symbol realize the management and editing of Fill symbol.

The Fill Symbol Library file has a.bru file extension and stores the Fill Symbol Library and the fill symbol.

The Import Fill Symbol Library file imports the external symbol library file.bru into the Fill Symbol Selector to facilitate the management and use of symbols.

Function entrance

There are two ways to import Fill Symbol Library files:

  • In the Fill Symbol Selector menu bar, select File Drop-down Button-> Import-> Import Fill Symbol Library.
  • Click the Symbol Library Management button-> Add Symbol Library button in the Fill Symbol Selector window;

Operating instructions

  • Import the Symbol library file from the Menu Bar:
    1. On the Fill Symbol Selector window, click File Drop-down Button-> Import-> Import Fill Symbol Library;
    2. In the popup Import Fill Symbol Library window, select the
      3. Fill Symbol Library file whose format is *.bru to be imported. View the imported Fill symbol
    3. in the current symbol list.
  • Import Symbol library files from the Symbol Library Management button:
    1. On the Fill Symbol Selection window, click the Symbol Management button and click the Add Symbol Library
      2. button.
    2. In the Add Symbol Library window that pops up, enter the symbol library File Path in the Path text box through the Add button on the toolbar or click the Select button on the right to Select the symbol library File Path. And edit that Symbol Library Name in the name;
    3. Click the OK button to add the symbol library file to the symbol library list.
Hint:
  • In the symbol management dialog box, the toolbar provides Add, Export, and Delete buttons to manage the symbol library. At the same time, you can double-click Symbol Library Name in the Name column to modify it.
