Feature Description
After logging into SuperMap Online and iPortal accounts in , you can manage resources of My Service and My Data under SuperMap Online and iPortal accounts in My Center.
In the workspace manager online data panel, select SuperMap Online or iPortal resource directory. Click My Center, the My Center file catalog contains My Service and My Data. Click a data node to display data information of that type in the list. By default shows My Service content. The following figure shows contents in My Data:

My Service
Data in My Service refers to map services published through personal accounts. Supports viewing, editing, deleting and other operations on published map services.
- View: My map services can be sorted by service name, update date, and access coefficient.
- Search: In the search box, input data: full or partial characters of files to search for data files containing these characters in the currently selected directory tree.
- Preview: Supports viewing detailed content of data through preview.
- Edit: Select a service item in the list and click the Edit button at the upper right corner. The Edit My Service dialog will pop up for editing service name, category, tags, detail description, and viewing permissions. This function is consistent with the Edit button on data items.
- Modify Permission: Adjust data visibility scope.
- Delete: Select a service item in the list and click the Delete button to remove the selected map service from My Service. This function is consistent with the Delete button on data items.
- Refresh: Click the Refresh button to update the current data list.
My Data
Data in My Data refers to workspaces, datasources, symbol libraries, colors, etc. uploaded to personal accounts.
- At the top of the online window, data is categorized into: workspace, datasource, symbol library, color and others. Click different Tabs to display different data groups. Uncategorized data can be viewed in the All Tab.
- On the left side of the online data window, My Data is grouped by file name. Right-click a file catalog name to create directories, delete or rename existing file catalogs.
- SuperMap Online and iPortal provide 5GB storage space each for online service uploads.
- Use toolbar buttons at the upper right corner for upload, download, delete, and refresh operations.
After confirming upload data files, the Task Manager dialog will display overall upload progress and individual file progress, with control buttons for pause, cancel, and delete.
- Upload: Supports uploading local/opened workspaces, datasources, symbol libraries and color data. Click Upload to open the Upload Data dialog, select data type in Data Type:
- Workspace: Select Workspace and click OK. The Share panel will appear, supporting local and opened workspaces.
- Datasources: Select Datasources and click OK. The Share panel will appear, supporting local and opened datasources. UDB data will be automatically published as REST Data Service during upload.
- Marker Symbol Library: When selecting marker/line/fill symbol library, click OK to open the corresponding Symbol Manager dialog. Select symbols or groups to upload, then choose Share to Online in context menu.
- Color: Select Color and click OK to open Color Scheme Manager. Select color schemes or groups to upload, then choose Share to Online.
- Other: Select Other and click OK to open File Select dialog, supporting upload of any file format.
- Download: Select a data item and click Download to save online data locally. Consistent with the download button on data items.
- Edit: Select a data item and click Edit to modify data information including name, category, tags, and detail description.
- Modify Permission: Adjust data visibility scope.
- Update: Re-upload data content.
- Delete: Select a data item and click Delete to remove it from My Data. Consistent with the delete button on data items.
- Refresh: Click Refresh to update the current data list.
