SuperMap Online Data includes Workspace and Datasource. Local Data can be uploaded to SuperMap Online or iPortal for other users to download and use. Click the Online Data node in the Cloud Data panel of the Workspace Manager to view the Online Data in the current server.
Online Workspace
Click the Online Data tree node in the Cloud Data panel and click the Workspace tab in the right panel to view the Online Workspace in Server Address. Online Workspace comes from the data uploaded during map sharing and the Workspace data shared by users. Users can download Workspace for local use after logging in to the account.
Upload Workspace

In the Workspace node of Workspace Manager-> right mouse button-> Upload Workspace..
Parameter Description
Set the following parameters in the pop-up Upload Works pace panel:
- Currently Open: Displays the name of the current Open Workspace.
- Local Data: Support to check the Local Data check box and select the Workspace stored locally.
- Name: Set the Show Name after Workspace upload.
- Icon: Click the icon and select Picture File as the icon of the Works pace in the pop-up Open dialog box. When SuperMap Online or Iportal Server Address is accessed in a browser, it is displayed on the Details page for that data. Image formats supported are: *.png, *.jpg. * JPEG, *.bmp.
- Classification: Classify the shared Workspaces to facilitate quick search in Online Data.
- Label: enter the label of Workspace to facilitate data search. Multiple labels should be separated by semicolons.
- Detail Description: You can enter the Description of the Workspace in this text box, so that other users can quickly understand the main contents in the Workspace.
- Upload Address: Set the Server Address for map hosting. The drop-down list displays the addresses of SuperMap Online and the current iPortal. Click the Drop-down Button to select.
- Upload directory: Click the button on the right. In the popup Select dialog box, select or create a new directory for storing the uploaded Workspace. The Select dialog box supports Catalog Management operations such as returning to the previous level, renaming, New Directory, and deleting.
- Public object: Support the setting of the shared object of the map. If the upload address is Online, you can set whether the map is visible to anyone; if the upload address is iPortal, you can set whether the map is visible to anyone or within a group, and support the designation of a visible group.
When Uploading Workspace, you can choose whether to share the map in Workspace. If you want to share the map in Workspace, you can switch the Upload Works pace panel to the Map option interface and check the shared map. Set the following parameters to share the specified map with Workspace:
- Select Map: All maps in Current Workspace are displayed. Check the map to be shared.
- Icon: Click the image in the icon box, and select an image in the pop-up dialog box to display the main content of the map. The supported formats of the image are: *.png, *.jpg. * JPEG, *.bmp.
- Classification: Classify the shared maps to facilitate quick search in Online Map.
- Label: Map labels can be used for map grouping and search. You can enter them directly in the text box. Multiple labels need to be separated by semicolons.
- Detail Description: You can enter the description of the map content in this text box, so that other users can quickly understand the map content.
- Public object: Support the setting of the shared object of the map. If the upload address is Online, you can set whether the map is visible to anyone; if the upload address is iPortal, you can set whether the map is visible to anyone or within a group, and support the designation of a visible group.
After setting the above parameters, click the Share button in the Upload Workspace panel to upload Workspace and its maps to SuperMap Online or iPortal. You can view the upload progress on the Task Management panel during the upload process.
After uploading successfully, you can view and download the data in Online Data, as shown in the following figure.
Online Datasource
Click the Online Data tree node in the Cloud Data panel and click the Datasource tab in the right panel to view the Online Datasource in Server Address. Online Datasource comes from the data uploaded together with Share Map and Workspace, and the Datasource shared by users. After the user logs in the account, the Download Data source can be used locally.
Upload Datasource

Workspace Manager Panel-> Select the DatasourceContext to be uploaded Menu-> Upload Datasource..
Parameter Description
Set the following parameters in the Upload Datasource panel that pops up:
- Currently open: displays the current Datasource Name to be uploaded.
- Local Data: Support checking the Local Data check box to select the Datasource stored locally.
- Name: Set the Show Name after the Datasource is uploaded.
- Icon: Click the icon and select Picture File as the icon of the Works pace in the pop-up Open dialog box. When SuperMap Online or iPortal Server Address is accessed in a browser, it is displayed on the Details page for that data. Image formats supported are: *.png, *.jpg. * JPEG, *.bmp.
- Classification: Classify the shared Datasource to facilitate quick search in Online Data.
- Label: Input Data: The label of the source, which is convenient for data search and grouping. Multiple labels need to be separated by semicolons.
- Detail Description: The description of the Datasource can be entered in this text box, so that other users can quickly understand the main content of the Datasource.
- Upload Address: Set the Server Address uploaded by Datasource. The drop-down list displays the addresses of SuperMap Online and the current iPortal. Click the Drop-down Button to select.
- Upload Directory: Click the button on the right. In the pop-up Select dialog box, select or create a new directory to store the uploaded Datasource. The Select dialog box supports Catalog Management operations such as returning to the previous level, renaming, New Directory, and deleting.
- Public object: Support the setting of the shared object of the map. If the upload address is Online, you can set whether the map is visible to anyone; if the upload address is iPortal, you can set whether the map is visible to anyone or within a group, and support the designation of a visible group.
After setting the above parameters, click the Share button in the Upload Datasource panel to upload the Datasource package to the specified server address. You can view the upload progress in Task Management during the upload process.
After uploading successfully, you can view and Download data in the Online Data list.
Download Data
In the Online Data data list, select the Workspace or Datasource you want to download, click the Download button, select the storage path for data download, and click the OK button to download the selected data to the specified path. You can view the download progress in the Task Management dialog box. After the download is successful, the data will be automatically decompressed in the storage path. Open Data is enough.
