Modify Ranges Label Thematic Map
Feature Description
In the Ranges Label Thematic Map window, users can modify various parameters of the ranges label thematic map to achieve more desirable thematic map effects.
Steps
- Select a ranges label thematic map in the Layer Manager, right-click, and choose "Modify Thematic Map" from the context menu to open the Ranges Label Thematic Map window. This window displays the configuration information of the selected thematic map.
- Thematic Map Layer: Shows the name of the current thematic map layer.
When creating ranges label thematic maps based on polygon layers, the Layer Properties panel organizes thematic parameters into three tabs: "Properties", "Styles", and "Advanced". All label thematic map attributes and parameters can be modified through these three tabs.
Details are as follows:
All parameters in the Ranges Label Thematic Map window will be reflected in real-time on the corresponding thematic map layer in the current map, implementing a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) experience. Users can disable real-time refresh by unchecking the "Enable Instant Refresh" checkbox at the bottom of the dialog. If "Enable Instant Refresh" is unchecked, click the "Apply" button at the bottom to apply configured parameters to the current thematic map.
Notes
- Both created and modified ranges label thematic maps can be saved as templates for application in other layer thematic mapping. For details about saving templates, see: Save to Thematic Map Template Library.
- When creating thematic maps using templates, users can directly select saved templates from the "Template" drop-down button's menu to apply them to other thematic maps.
