Load thematic map templates
The Load thematic map templates function is used for thematic mapping of the vector or Raster Layer by using the loaded Thematic Map Template.
The Thematic Map Template is essentially a *.xml file that records style information.
Operating Instructions
- Right-click a vector/Raster Layer node in Layer Manager, and select "Thematic Map Template"-> "Load …" in the Context Menu. Options;
- The Load Template "dialog box pops up, select the Thematic Map Template file (*.xml) to be loaded, and click the Open button in the dialog box;
- Application carries out thematic mapping on the layer according to the Thematic Map Template.
Precautions
- Application provides a Thematic Map Template library, where rich Thematic Map Template are placed; at the same time, users can save their own design styles as templates to the Thematic Map Template library.
- The template library is stored in the subfolder of the corresponding Themtic Type under the installation directory \ Templates \ Theme. Sub-Folder Name corresponds to the "Single Value" group and "Segment" group in the "Thematic Map" tab on the functional area. The "Template" Drop-down Button of different types of thematic maps will obtain the template information from the corresponding sub-files.
- The thematic map is generated based on the Select Fields in the "Expression". The layer for loading the application template must have the same field as the expression of the thematic map in the template before it can be applied successfully.
Output Thematic Map Template
The Output Thematic Map Template function is used to output the style and attributes of the thematic map as a template, so that the template can be applied to other layers.
Operating Instructions
- Right-click a certain vector/Raster Layer node in Layer Manager, and select "Thematic Map Template"-> "Output …" in the pop-up Context Menu. Options;
- The Save as Template "dialog box pops up. Select the location of the Template file (*.xml) and the filename of the Thematic Map Template file. Click Save in the dialog box.
Save to Thematic Map Template Library
Application provides the function of Thematic Map Template. Users can save the thematic map made by themselves to the Thematic Map Template library as a template for reuse.
The Save to Thematic Map Template Library function is used to export the thematic map as a Thematic Map Template and save it to the Thematic Map Template library.
Operating Instructions
- Right click a vector/raster thematic map layer node in Layer Manager, and select Thematic Map Template "-> Save to Library in the pop-up Context Menu. Options;
- The Save as thematic map template "dialog box pops up. Enter the name of the Thematic Map Template.
- You can save the down ButtonSelect Template by clicking Drop to the right of Create In. The default location of the Thematic Map Template is the template library corresponding to the thematic map.
- You can also click the New Folder "button to Create New FolderSave as thematic map template. Click the "Save" button to close the current dialog box and complete the saving of the Thematic Map Template library. The newly created template library is stored in the subfolder of the corresponding Themtic Type under "Installation Directory \ Templates \ Theme".
- After saving successfully, click the "Template" Drop-down Button of the corresponding thematic map group on the "Thematic Map" tab to view or apply the saved Thematic Map Template.
Precautions
- Application provides Thematic Map Template library, where abundant thematic map making templates are placed; meanwhile, users can save the thematic maps made by themselves as templates to the Thematic Map Template library.

Precautions
In addition to applying the "Management" function to manage templates, users can also directly open the "Installation Directory \ Templates \ Theme \ Unique" folder to manage the corresponding Template File.
