Publish DashBoard

After the dashboard is made, the dashboard can be released as a separate exe to facilitate the sharing and display of the dashboard.

Instructions for use

In the dashboard tab, click the Publish button, set the Save path and name of the dashboard in the pop-up dialog box, and click the OK button to publish the current dashboard as a separate exe file. The result of successful publishing is the specified exe and the corresponding Config File (*.config file), as shown in the following figure:

The config file records the path of the SuperMap iDesktopX startup program, the Workspace path of the dashboard, and the name of the published dashboard. If the user needs to display the released dashboard on the machine, directly double-click the dashboard exe file to open it; If the machine of the Show DashBoard is different from the production machine, it is necessary to ensure that the SuperMap iDesktopX startup program path and the Workspace path of the dashboard recorded in the config file are correct, and double-click to start the dashboard exe.

Precautions

  • If the Real time Stream Data is used in the dashboard, after opening the published dashboard exe, you need to Access to Real the time Stream Data again in Workspace, and then preview the dashboard.
  • If the machine displayed on the dashboard is different from the Build Dashboard machine, the Workspace and Datasource used by the dashboard shall be copied together with the exe and config files of the dashboard, and the storage path shall be consistent with the path in the config file.
  • The machine displaying the dashboard after release shall have the SuperMap iDesktopX running program, and the startup program path shall be consistent with the path in the config file.
