Manage the large screen

provides large-screen management functions, mainly including large-screen creation, opening, saving/saving as, renaming, sorting, deleting and other operations, which is convenient for users to manage large-screens in Workspace.

New Dashboard

In the Start-> Browse of the tab, click the Large screen button New Dashboard; You can also click the right mouse button in the Workspace Manager window-> Large Screen node-> Create Dashboard Window to New Dashboard. See the New Dashboard page for detailed instructions and operation

Open Dashboard

Double-click a saved large screen under the Workspace Manager window-> Large Screen node, or right-click to select Open Dashboard to open the current large screen in the large screen window.

Save/Save As

Save: Click the Save button in the large screen tab. If the large screen has been saved, enter the name of the large screen in the pop-up dialog box to save it. If the large screen has been saved to Workspace, click the Save button after modifying the large screen to save it directly.
Save as: right click the large screen to be saved under the Workspace Manager window- > Large Screen node, select Save Dashboard as in the AIContext Menu, and enter the name of the large screen to be saved in the pop-up dialog box.

Rename

Select the large screen to be renamed under the Workspace Manager window-> Large Screen node, and right click-> Rename, or press F2 on the keyboard. After the large screen name becomes editable, enter a new name for the large screen, and press Enter to rename the large screen.

Large screen sorting

When multiple large screens are saved in Workspace, they are sorted by the saving time of the large screens by default. Click the right mouse button on the Workspace Manager window-> Large Screen node and select Sort by Name to sort the large screens in alphabetical order.
