In the dashboard window, it supports adjusting the layout of dashboard elements, including element size, position, copy, paste, remove and other operations, so that users can adjust the layout of dashboard elements more quickly.
Select Elements
In the dashboard, you can click the left mouse button to select the elements of the dashboard, or press and hold the Ctrl key and click the mouse to select multiple elements, which is convenient for batch moving, resizing and other operations.
Resize
- Mouse drag: Click to select the dashboard element, and then Move Stop by Mouse to the border line of the dashboard element; after the zoom icon appears, press and hold the left mouse button and move the mouse to adjust the size of the dashboard element. Dashboard elements are scaled in integer multiples of 10 px.
- Full Dash Board: After selecting the dashboard element, right click and select Full Dash Board option. The size of the current dashboard element will fill the whole dashboard, and the size will be consistent with that of the dashboard. Suitable for dashboard background elements.
Adjust the position
The position of dashboard elements can be moved by dragging the left mouse button, keyboard operation and Center Display (Context Menu).
- Drag: Select a dashboard element, press and hold the left mouse button and drag to adjust the position of the dashboard element.
- Keyboard movement: Select a dashboard element, press and hold the Ctrl key on the keyboard, and press and hold the up, down, left, and right keys on the keyboard at the same time, and the dashboard element will move 10 px in the specified direction; If you hold down the Shift key on the keyboard while holding down the Up, Down, Left, and Right keys on the keyboard, the dashboard feature will move 100 px in the specified direction.
- Center Display: Select a dashboard element, click the right mouse button, and select the Center Display option to display the current dashboard element in the dashboard window.
Element Display Order Adjustment
Support the adjustment of Display Order of dashboard elements, so that the display and sorting of elements in the dashboard are more reasonable. Operation mode: select an element and adjust it by setting it to the top, moving it up, moving it down and setting it to the bottom in the Context Menu.
- The higher the position level is, the higher the display of the feature in the window is;
- The lower the position level is, the lower the display of the feature in the window is;
- When two features overlap, the feature at the front of the hierarchy overrides the feature at the back.
Copy/paste
Through the copy/paste function of dashboard elements, dashboard elements with similar requirements can be quickly added. On the basis of the copied dashboard elements, they can be slightly modified to become dashboard elements that meet the needs of users.
- Copy: After selecting the dashboard element, click the right mouse button to select the Copy option, or press Ctrl + C on the keyboard to copy the dashboard element.
- Paste: In the current dashboard or other dashboard windows, click the right mouse button and select the Paste option, or press Ctrl + V on the keyboard to paste the copied dashboard elements into the window.
Remove
If you need to remove the selected dashboard element, you can do so in the following three ways:
- Press the Delete key on the keyboard;
- Click the Remove button in the Ribbon;
- Right-click and select the Remove option.
Undo/Redo
Support undo (Ctrl + Z)/restore (Ctrl + y) interactive operations in the dashboard. The operations that support undo and restore include: addition of dashboard elements, position movement, and size change.
