Configure Private Cloud License

In a closed network environment, you can manage license usage for all computers by deploying private cloud license.

  1. Configure Private Cloud License Server:
    1. Open http://localhost:9183 in a browser.
    2. On the Activation Update page, click Select (*.licc) File, then click Import License.

  2. Use Private Cloud License on Desktop:
    1. License Configuration Entry:
      • If no license information exists, the Change License dialog will automatically appear when launching the product.
      • If license information exists, click the File tab -> License Information -> Change License button to open the Change License dialog.
    2. Click Configure Private Cloud License in the dialog, then click Next.
    3. Enter Server Address:
      • When configuring on the license server computer: The server address defaults to localhost with port 9183, automatically refreshing license information.
      • When using on other computers in the closed network: Enter the address of the computer hosting the license server with port 9183. Click Refresh to obtain license information.
    4. The authorized license modules will be displayed in Basic License and Extension License sections:
      • Basic License: Shows version information (Basic, Standard, or Professional Edition).
      • Extension License: Displays available license modules.
      • Type: Includes Private Cloud Trial License and Private Cloud Official License.
      • Time Left: Remaining validity period of the license.
      • Remain Counts: Available license allocations from the private cloud server. When maximum concurrent connections are reached, this value displays 0.
