Ascending
Function Description
Ascending is used to sort the records in the attribute table in ascending order according to the value of the selected column. The Ascending button is available only when there is a selected cell in the current property sheet.
In the opened attribute table, click the Field of the attribute column of Ascending to select the whole column, and click the Ascending button to arrange the records in the attribute table according to the ascending sequence of the values in the selected field.
If multiple attribute columns are selected at the same time (configure the Ctrl or Shift key), the system will perform Ascending by default according to the attribute value of the field in the front of the selected field (that is, the leftmost of all selected attribute columns).
Function entrance
- Property Sheet tab-> Browse group drop-down box-> Ascending.
Operating instructions
- Select the attribute column field that requires Ascending.
- In the Browse group of the property sheet tab, click the Order Ascending button to perform the order ascending operation.
Descending order
Function Description
Descending is used to sort the records in the attribute table in descending order according to the value of the selected column. The Descending button is available only when there is a selected cell in the current property sheet.
In the opened attribute table, click the Field of the attribute column of Descending to select the whole column, and click the Descending button to arrange the records in the attribute table according to the descending sequence of the values in the selected field.
If multiple attribute columns are selected at the same time (configure Ctrl or Shift key), the system will perform Descending by default according to the attribute value of the field in the front of the selected field (that is, the leftmost of all selected attribute columns).

- Property Sheet tab-> Browse group drop-down box-> Descending.
