Hide rows
Function Description
Hidden rows are used to Hide the selected rows.
Function entrance
- Property Sheet window Context Menu -> Hide Row button.
Operating instructions
- In the opened property sheet, select one or more rows to be hidden, and use the Shift or Ctrl key to select multiple records.
- Click the right mouse button and click the Hide Row option in the Context Menu.
- The selected line will be Hidden in Tabular, and the record of the previous line of the hidden line will be selected by the whole line, and the mark of the hidden line will be displayed below the record of the hidden line.
Caution: - The Hide Row button is available
- only when there is a selected row in the current property sheet.
- Hiding rows does not delete hidden attribute rows, but makes some rows temporarily invisible. You can use the Unhide Rows button to display hidden attribute rows. When the property sheet is
- closed and opened again, the previous hidden row or hidden column operation will not be retained, and all row and column information in the property sheet will be displayed.
Unhide Rows
Function Description
Unhide Rows is used to Show the hidden rows. The Unhide Rows option is available only when there are selected rows in the current property sheet.
Function entrance
- Property Sheet window Context Menu -> Hide Row button.
Operating instructions
- To Show All Hidden Rows, right-click in the property sheet and select the Unhide Rows option.
Hint: - If there is no selectable column in the current attribute table, all attribute columns are hidden, and the Show All Hidden Rows after clicking the Unhide Rows button. When the hidden line corresponding to the
- hidden line flag is displayed, the hidden line flag disappears.
