Partly Refreshing

Description

Refresh only the panned area to decease waiting time. It is meaningful when browsing large massive data frequently.

Basic Steps

1. Click the Operation button and check the Partly Refresh in the dialog box that shows up.
2. Pan the map in the window.
3. Only the panned area is refreshed.
