The editing of 2D and 3D labels refers to the change of the size and position of the point labels and Line and Region Symbols in the map or scene by dragging the mouse under the condition that the CAD layer can be edited.

2D Label Editing

Editing of point labels

Select the point label, and its editing status is shown in the following figure.

Drag "Resize Handle" to change the size of the label; drag on "Anchor Point" to move the position of the label; "Rotate Handle" can rotate the label.

With the point tag

selected, on the Object Operation tab, in the Object Editing group, select Edit Node to modify the position of the point tag pull line, as shown in the image below.

Editing of Line and Region Symbols.

Select the Line and Region Symbols, and its editing status is shown in the following figure.

As with point label editing, drag the Resize Handle to change the size of the Line and Region Symbols; drag at the Anchor Point to move the label; and Rotate Handle to rotate the label.

With the Line and Region Symbols

selected, on the Object Operation tab, in the Object Editing group, select Edit Node. You can modify the position of Line and Region Symbols individual decorated nodes, arrows, and the tail of an arrow, as shown in the following illustration.

3D Label Editing

Editing of point labels

Point labels are divided into four modes: Billboard Mode, Vector Mode, Model Fill and Picutre Fill. The following figures show the editing of these four modes.

In the four modes of the point label, the mouse drags the "Resize Handle" to change the size of the point label, and the "Position Move Handle" to change the position of the label in the scene. Click the Vector Mode of the label, "Rotate Handle" can rotate the label, and "Move Height Handle" can adjust the height of the label up and down; Billboard Mode and Picutre Fill can raise the height of the label by holding down the Shift key and clicking "Move Position Handle".

Editing of Line and Region Symbols.
The editing of the Line and Region Symbols in the

scene is shown in the following figure.

The Line and Region Symbols can raise the height of the label by Shift-clicking on the Position Control Point. Move Point Mass moves the selected Line and Region Symbols as a whole. Cosmetic Control Points control the detail features of the displayed shape. By adjusting the cosmetic control points, you can change the feature size of the Line and Region Symbols, such as the size of the attack arrows.
