Import GIM
Instructions for use
The Import GIM command is used to import GIM data in *.GIM format and add a Model Dataest node in the Target Datasource.
Function entrance
- 3D Data tab-> Model group-> BIM drop-down menu-> Import GIM
- Toolbox -> 3D Data -> Data Import -> Import GIM
- Workspace Manager -> Specify DatasourceContext Menu -> Import BIM Data pull-down menu-> GIM
Operation steps
- Select Target Datasource or Create Datasource in Workspace Manager.
- On the 3D Data tab, click the Import GIM button in the BIM drop-down menu in the Model group to bring up the Import GIM "dialog.
- Perform Source Data Settings and Result Data Settings as needed. See the Import GIM tool page for specific parameters.
- Click Run to refresh the Target Datasource in Workspace Manager. A GIMDataset node will be added under the Target Datasource. The coordinate system of the Result Dataset is EPSG Code: 4490.
