Feature Description
When using the public transport analysis function in the software for the first time, you need to load public transport data first to perform operations such as public transport analysis environment settings.
Feature Entry
- Transport Analysis Tab->Public Transport Analysis group. Select the required public transport analysis type button to set and load public transport data in the pop-up "Transfer Analysis Settings" dialog.
- In maps where public transport analysis has been loaded, use the Environment Settings checkbox in the Transport Analysis Tab->Execute group to open/close the Environment Settings panel, then configure public transport data parameters in this panel.
Steps
Loading data through Function Entry 1
Required parameter settings include:
- Transfer Line Settings: Configure line data information, including the datasource/dataset to which the line belongs, Line ID Field, and Line Name Field. For detailed parameter descriptions, see the Line Environment Settings page.
- Station Settings: Configure public transport station data information, including the datasource/dataset to which stations belong, Station ID Field, and Station Name Field. For detailed parameter descriptions, refer to the Station Environment Settings page.
- Relation Settings: Configure the relation dataset between stations and lines. The dataset must specify correct station-line relations, Station ID Field, and Line ID Field, otherwise data validation and loading accuracy may be affected. For parameter details, see the Public Transport Relation Environment Settings page.
This method only loads three essential datasets for public transport analysis (public transport data, lines, and relations). To configure parameters like access point data, station snap tolerance, or walking thresholds, use the public transport analysis environment settings window.
Loading data through Function Entry 2
The Environment Settings panel provides configurations for non-essential data in public transport analysis. For more parameters, see the Public Transport Analysis Environment Settings page.
This method only allows modifying public transport analysis parameters within selected datasources.
