Select Point
After activating the Ground Control Point or Manage Tie Points function, the system will automatically select the first record in the attribute table and highlight its corresponding point in the map.
To select a point using the mouse in the map, ensure that the Select Point button on the edit point toolbar is selected.
Add Point
Click the Add Point button on the toolbar, then zoom the map and left-click at the target location to pick a point. If you are not satisfied with the selected point, move the mouse to reselect. After confirming the position, click the Confirm Point button to save the point to the attribute table. The system will automatically predict its position in the reference image and other original images and display it in the map in real time.
Edit
After selecting the point to be modified, click the Edit button on the toolbar, then re-pick the correct position in the map. After confirming the modification, click the Confirm Point button to save the changes.
Confirm Point
After adding or editing a point, you must click the Confirm Point button to finally save the point information.
Delete Point
The system provides multiple entry points for deleting point information, and the operation results of different entry points vary:
- Edit Point Toolbar
After selecting the point to be deleted, click the Delete Point button to delete all excessively overlapping points, i.e., simultaneously delete the relevant records in the Manage Ground Control Points attribute table.
- Ground Control Point/Manage Tie Points Attribute Table
After selecting a record, click the Delete button in the attribute table toolbar to delete the record and all its excessively overlapping points.
- Image Point Information Table
In the Image Point Information table, right-click to select a record and click Delete to remove the point information. If the point is the only record in the Image Point Information table, deleting it will also delete the corresponding record in the Manage Ground Control Points attribute table.
