MDB Data Migration

Feature Description

Supports migrating ArcGIS Personal GeoDatabase files (*.mdb) to SuperMap datasource. During migration, users can select the data to migrate, and when migrating to a UDBX datasource, it supports retaining the original grouping structure of the data in the MDB file.

Feature Entry

  • Data Migration tab->Data Migration->Import MDB.

Parameter Description

  • File Path: Path where the MDB file is stored.
  • Datasource: The location where the data will be stored after import, supporting import to an existing or newly created file-type or database-type datasource.
  • License Verification: Choose the ArcMap license type. Default represents ArcMap’s informal license type. Use the Check button to check if corresponding ArcGIS license information exists on the current machine.
  • Charset: Set the corresponding charset type according to the charset associated with the data in the GDB folder.
  • Pre-execution Data Check: Before data migration, data can be checked. After checking, the result list will be output, allowing users to review error messages and address problem data according to the provided solutions.
  • Select Data: Check this option to select data in the popup data selection dialog, supporting selecting groups or datasets within a group. If not checked, all data in the MDB will be imported at once.
