Thematic Label Map is mainly used to annotate the objects in the data and increase the amount of information carried by the scene. Objects such as points, lines, and faces can be labeled with a field (or multiple fields) in Layer Properties. You can label some text or numeric fields in the scene, such as place name, Road Name, river width, contour elevation value, etc. For more information on Thematic Label Map, see the Thematic Label Map.
The Create Thematic Map function interface pops up by pressing the Thematic Map button in the Data group of the Scene tab. Organize the function of making 3D Lable Map for 3D layers of Vector Dataset and CAD model Dataset Type in the scene. Currently, 3D Lable Map only provides Uniform Label thematic maps.
Note: Application does not support Thematic Label Map on 3D layers of the Text Vector Dataset type.
