Adds local pictures as background images, Logo, and decorated images to beautify dashboards.

1. Add pictures: In Ribbon, click Dash Board > Picture to add a picture to the dashboard. You can adjust the size and position of the added picture.
2. Position: the position and size of the added image on the dashboard. For detail parameter description, please refer to Public Parameters.
3. Border: set the border colors and effects. For specific parameter description, please refer to Public Parameters.
4. Picture Path: specify the path of the picture you want to add. The supportive formats of pictures are *.jpg, *.png, and *.gif.
