SuperMap SDX +

SuperMap SDX + is a Spatial Data engine module in SuperMap GIS platform, which provides data support for other modules in the platform (visualization module, Spatial Analysis module, etc.), and provides the functions of data storage, reading, indexing and modification through it. The following figure describes the working mechanism of the Spatial Data engine by taking the Spatial Data library as an example.

SuperMap SDX + Spatial Data Engine runs stably, has mature functions and excellent performance, and can store the Spatial Geometry data and attribute data of GIS into a variety of data engines, including various large-scale relational databases, File Database, etc. It can perform index maintenance, append, update, delete and other operations on data efficiently, perform attribute query and Spatial Query on data according to attribute conditions or spatial location conditions, and provide advanced functions such as long transaction, version, time series and Topology maintenance.

SuperMap SDX + provides comprehensive support for spatial Object Type, which not only supports traditional spatial objects of point, line and surface types, Also supports Text (TEXT), Compound (CAD), Network, Route, TIN, DEM, Video, Complex data models such as Grid Data (GRID) and Image Data (Image).

SuperMap SDX + Spatial Data engine supports a variety of popular commercial database platforms, such as Oracle, SQL Server, etc. These databases can run on a variety of operating system platforms, which can not only build multi-node clusters among the same type of databases, Distributed clusters of heterogeneous databases and heterogeneous operating systems can also be built.
