Feature Description
The File Selector is used in various scenarios such as opening a workspace, opening a datasource, or opening a file. It supports filtering files by keyword search or by modification date and file size to help improve search efficiency.
Operation Instructions
- Open the File Selector through the entry of related functions.
- Depending on the situation, directly select a file or search and filter.
- Search by Keywords: Enter content in the search box to search based on the input. To end the search, click the cross mark behind the input box.
- Search History: Supports selecting history. Click the drop-down menu button to pop up the historical search record panel. You can clear all search records using the clear history button.
- Modification Date: You can filter and display corresponding files by modification date. It provides five methods: today, yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, and custom time range.
- File Size: Filter and display files by file size. It provides seven different size levels: empty (0KB), very small (0-16KB), small (16KB-1MB), medium (1-128MB), large (128M-1G), huge (1-4G), and super large (>4G). Selecting one will filter out files within that size level.
