Erase Outside Tile
Instructions for use
The Erase Outside Tile function is similar to the Extract Tiles function, except that the Erase Outside Tile does not generate a new Tile, but deletes the Tile that exceeds Bounds Data: of the original Tile, and the deletion is irreversible. Use the Erase Outside Tile feature with caution.
Function entrance
- Data tab-> Data Management-> Erase Tiles.
Parameter Description
- Local Tiles: Select the radio box to select the local.sci file for erasing.
- Mongo Tile: Select the radio box, and click the Load Mongo Tile button on the right to enter the Load MongoDB Tiles dialog box. After setting the server address, Database Name and other information, set the tile to be erased through the Tile Name.
- Bounds Data:: Select to erase the Border Dataset and its Datasource.
