Add Map
Maps saved in Current Workspace can be added to the dashboard, and ordinary maps, Online maps and real-time dynamic maps can be added. Maps are often used as the base map or background of dashboard visualization, and usually play a central role in the dashboard. Industry data can be displayed in combination with maps to make the data more vivid and intuitive. Multiple maps can be added to a dashboard or not.
- Normal Map: a map prepared and saved based on the data in the file type and Database-type Datasource.
- Online Map: After the Open the Web map , save it in Workspace or configure the map with the Web map as the base map. Support the addition of Web maps from services such as OGC, iServerREST, Google Maps, MapWorld, OpenStreetMap, and Global Topographic Maps.
- Dynamic Map: Access to Real-dynamic map based on Real time Stream Data and local Configure Data after time Stream Data . And Save to Works pace.
Add Map and Property Settings
- Add Map: On the Ribbon menu bar, click the Dashboard-> Map button to add the first map in Current Workspace to the dashboard window. By default, the entire dashboard is filled as the background.
- Position: You can adjust the position and size of map elements in the dashboard. For detailed Parameter Description, please refer to Common parameters .
- Border: The Border Color and effect of the map can be set. For specific Parameter Description, see Common parameters .
- Map: Click the Drop-down Button and select a map saved in Current Workspace from the drop-down list to add the selected map to the dashboard.
