Video Effects

It supports AR technology to add special effects to videos and enhance the visualization effect of videos. Support the addition of multiple levels of special effects for the same video. Main Effect, Sky Effect, Ground Effect and Flash Effect can be set separately to meet the needs of superimposing multiple special effects in complex scenes. For example, the video adds thunderstorm effect. Thunderstorm weather includes dark clouds, heavy rain, rain falling on the ground, lightning and other elements. Different special effects can be set through four levels to make the video display more realistic and richer.

Note: The Python environment and scripts need to be configured before Video Effects can be executed. For configuration details, see Environment configuration .

  • Provide 15 predefined Video Effects such as falling flowers, white clouds, lightning, rain, snow and ground;
  • Support custom Video Effects, and add special effects with custom videos;
  • Support Special Effect Settings video position, playback speed, playback frequency, brightness and other parameters, and adjust Display Effects.

Function entrance

  • Use Predefined Templates: In the Gallery control in the Video Enhancement tab-> Effects group, click any option to render the video based on the current effect.
  • Use custom Video Effects: On the Video Enhancement tab-> Effects group-> click the Settings button to bring up the Video Effects Settings panel.

Operating instructions

  1. The supported Video Effects are divided into the following four categories:
    • Main Effect: Set Main Effect. Special effects will be applied to the full video range, such as fallen flowers, light rain, fallen leaves, heavy snow, etc. In Predefined Templates.
    • Sky Effect: Set Sky Effect. The starting position of the special effect is displayed downward from the top of the video. You can set the Visible Bounds of Sky Effect by adjusting the Position parameter. The default parameter is 50, which is the upper part of the current video. For example, white clouds, dark clouds, lightning, etc. In Predefined Templates.
    • Ground Effect: Set the ground effect. The starting position of the special effect is displayed at the bottom of the video. You can set the Visible Bounds of the ground effect by adjusting the Position parameter. The default parameter is 50, which is the lower part of the current video. For example, the Ground Effect in Predefined Templates is the effect of rain falling on the ground.
    • Flash Effect: Set Flash Effect to add flash effect to the video. The starting position is displayed downward from the top of the video. Visible Bounds of Flash Effect can be set by adjusting the Position parameter. The default parameter is 50, which is the upper part of the current video. For example, Lightening Enhancement in Predefined Templates. The difference between Lightening Enhancement and Lightning is that Lightening Enhancement has a flash enhancement effect. Display Effects are more realistic.
  2. The above special effect types have common Parameter Settings, and the Parameter Description is as follows:
    • Path: Click the folder button on the right side of the text box and select the special effect file to customize the special effect file.
    • Playback speed: Adjust the playback speed of the special effect.
    • Position: Adjust the display area range of the special effect in%.
    • Delay: Play the effect after a few seconds.
    • Play Frequency: The frequency of each Play Video.
    • Brightness: Adjust the brightness of the Current Map color.
  3. Reset: Video Enhancement tab-> Effects group-> Click the Reset button to restore the original effect of Video Dataset.
