WPS 服务接口。

WPS（Web Processing Service，网络处理服务）是 OGC（Open GIS Consortium，开放地理信息系统协会）标准之一。

SuperMap iServer 目前提供了如下 WPS 操作：
1. GetCapabilities，该操作用于获取 WPS 服务的能力（Capabilities）。该操作是必需的。
2. DescribeProcess，该操作用于获取Process的描述性信息。该操作是必需的。
3. Execute，该操作用于执行Process请求。该操作是必需的。
