ENU to Projection Coordinate System

Instructions for use

The topocentric coordinate system is a coordinate system with the survey station as the origin. The three coordinate axes point to the east, north and sky directions perpendicular to each other. Therefore, the topocentric coordinate system is also called the northeast sky (ENU) coordinate system. It is generally used in construction projects, and can also be used to understand the motion law of other objects centered on the observer. The transformation of coordinate system is often involved in the use of topocentric coordinate system.

The ENU to Projection Coordinate System "function is used to OSGB DataProjection Transformation the ENU coordinate system to the required Target Coordinate System.

Operation steps

  1. In the Data Processing Drop-down Button in the Oblique Photography on the 3D Data tab, Select the ENU to Projection Coordinate System button in the pop-up drop-down menu to pop up the ENU to Projection Coordinate System "dialog box.
  2. Set Parameter Settings as follows:
  3. File Info
    • Source Path: Click the button on the right, select the Config File to be processed in the pop-up "Open" dialog box, and click "Open"; you can also directly enter the path and name of the folder where the Config File is located in the text box.
    • Target Path: Click the button on the right, set the path and name of the Config File after the operation is completed in the pop-up "Open" dialog box, and click "Save"; you can also directly enter the path and name of the folder where the Config File is located in the text box.
  4. Reference System Conversion Settings to set the conversion method and the Projection Transformation parameter.
    • Conversion method: Select by clicking the drop-down arrow button on the right. Currently, 11 conversion methods are provided. Geocentric Translation (3-para), Molodensky (3-para), Abridged Molodensky (3-para), Position Vector (7-para), Coordinate Frame(7-para)、User Custom、Bursa-wolf(7-para)、MolodenskyBadekas(10-para)、China_3D_7P(7-para)、 China_2D_4P(4-para)、PROJ4 Transmethod
    • Projection Transformation Parameters: Click the "Settings" button to pop up the "Projection Transformation" dialog box to perform detailed Parameter Settings. Different conversion methods can be selected, and different parameters can be customized in the Parameter Settings "dialog box. Refer to the Dataset transform projection for Detail Description of Parameter Settings.
  5. Target Coordinate System: mainly used for Projection Settings.
    • Projection Settings: When the "Projection Settings" "radio box is selected, click the" Settings.. "" Button on the right to pop up the "Coordinate System Settings" "dialog box. Select a projection as the coordinate system for the Target File. Please refer to Projection Settings for specific operation of setting target projection
    • Import Projection File: Select the "Import Projection File" radio box, click the file browsing icon on the right, and select Projection Info File in the pop-up "Selection" window and import it. The coordinate system Details of the selected projection file are also displayed in the text box below.
  6. When the above Parameter Settings are complete, click OK to perform the ENU to Projection Coordinate System operation.

Precautions

  1. When setting the path of the target Config File, it should be set in the same level directory of the source Config File. Otherwise, an error will occur if the Data Service is published using iServer.
