Environment Map
Instructions for use
Environment Map technology is a technology that simulates the real lighting effect. By applying Texture Map containing Lighting Calculate Result to the surface of an object, real-time and efficient lighting rendering can be realized.
This feature is only supported by 3D Scene Rendering Engine V2 . The system provides supporting Environment Map materials (extraction code: smsw, click the blue word to access).
Function entrance
- Scene tab-> Properties group-> Scene Properties button-> Scene Properties Panel-> Advanced Options-> Environment Map Module
Operation steps
- Open Scene, loading data with PBR material.
- Click Scene tab-> Properties group-> Scene Properties , In the pop-up Scene Properties panel, find the light and shadow module in the advanced options, and set the specific parameter values as required to achieve the desired lighting effect.
- Environment Map: Click the Open button on the right, and import the Texture Map (*.ktx2, *.hdr) containing the Illumination Calculate Result through the pop-up Open panel. Click the Delete button to remove the Environment Map in the scene.
- Map intensity: used to adjust the map intensity value to change the map display brightness. The value range is 0-8, and the default value is 1. 0 means the lowest intensity, and the overall ambient light is the darkest. As the value increases, the intensity increases and the map gradually brightens.
