Flood Effect Settings
Instructions for use
Omni, a technique that adds realism to an image during rendering, supports the simulation of the scattering effect of light as it reflects off the surface of an object. This technology is only available with 3D Scene Rendering Engine V2 .
Function entrance
- Scene tab-> Properties group-> Scene Properties button-> Scene Properties panel-> Post option-> Flood module
Operation steps
- Open an existing scene or New Scene, and click Scene Tab-> Property Group-> Scene Properties . The Scene Properties panel pops up.
- Find the Flood module in the Post-processing option, and set the specific parameter values as required to achieve the desired flood effect.
- Floodlight: enable the check box to control whether to enable the floodlight. It is not checked by default.
- Intensity: It is used to set the flood intensity. The value range is 0, 8, and the default value is 1. Intensity can be used to control the brightness of the light overflow effect , and can determine the brightness of the halo spreading around the highlight area.
- Threshold: Set the floodlight threshold. The floodlight effect will only occur when the brightness value of the object in the scene is greater than set threshold. The value range is -1.0, 8, and the default value is 0. By adjusting the flood threshold, you can optimize your rendering by controlling the intensity and extent of the flood effect while maintaining image detail.
- When the
- threshold is -1, all objects in the scene produce the same blur effect, that is, All Data has an equal effect on the flood effect. At the
- threshold Is no less than 0, all objects in the scene make the flood effect brighter. The higher the
- threshold, the more the flood effect is limited to the brightest objects in the scene, and vice versa, affecting more objects.
- The adjusted parameters can be reset to the system defaults by clicking the Restore to Defaults button.
