New Grid Graduated Color Map

Feature Description

Select a raster layer in the Layer Manager that needs to create a grid graduated color map, then click the "Thematic Map" tab's "Graduated Color Thematic Map" button to generate a grid graduated color map based on the current raster layer using system templates.

When using templates, ensure the field expression for thematic mapping exists. If the current layer lacks the thematic map field specified in the template, a warning dialog will appear: "The thematic map cannot display properly because the expression does not exist. Please specify the expression." Users can use the template to create the thematic map after reselecting the appropriate field.

Steps

  1. Select a raster layer in the Layer Manager for creating grid graduated color map.
  2. Click "New Thematic Map..." in the context menu, select "Grid Graduated Color Map" in the dialog, then choose template from the right panel to create a grid graduated color map.
  3. The template-created grid graduated color map will automatically appear as a thematic layer in the current map window and Layer Manager.

Notes

  1. The grid graduated color map settings window displays default configurations including color schemes and value ranges. Users can adjust these settings to achieve desired visualization effects.
  2. After closing the settings window, double-click the layer in Layer Manager or right-click and select "Modify Thematic Map" to reopen the configuration window for adjustments.
