Delete a row
Delete Row is used to delete one or more rows of attribute records selected in the attribute sheet of Vector Dataset or Tabular Dataset.
If you use Delete Line to delete the attribute record in the attribute table of Vector Dataset, the Geometry corresponding to the deleted record will also be deleted. The Delete Line button should be used with caution.
The Delete Row option is available only if the Vector Dataset or Tabular Dataset is not read-only.
Function entrance
- Property Sheet tab-> Edit-> Delete Row button.
- Property Sheet window Context Menu-> Delete Row button.
Operating instructions
Open the property sheet to be deleted, select one or more rows of property records in the property sheet of Vector Dataset or Tabular Dataset, or select the cells in the row to be deleted, and then perform any of the following operations:
- Click the Property Sheet tab-> Edit-> Delete Row button to delete the row.
- Right click and select the Delete Line option to delete the line.
Add a row
Add Row option to add an attribute record in the Tabular Dataset.
Caution: Add Row is available only if it is a Tabular Dataset in the current Tabular and the Dataset is not read-only.
Function entrance
- Property Sheet tab-> Edit-> Add Row button.
- Property Sheet window Context Menu-> Add Row button.
Operating instructions
Open the Tabular Dataset where you want to add a row, and do one of the following:
- Click the Property Sheet tab-> Edit-> Add Row button to add an empty row of property records at the end of the current Tabular Dataset.
- Right click and select the Add Line option to add a line.
