Support for managing Workspace, including the following:
Save Works pace
Save the results of operations in Current Workspace and Workspace. There are three ways to save Workspace:
- File tab-> Save..
- Start Tab-> Workspace Group-> Save
- Workspace Manager Panel-> Workspace Node Context Menu-> Save Works pace
Note that all operation results must be saved to the Current Workspace before saving the Workspace itself, as follows:
- Save the operation result in Workspace: When there is unsaved content in Workspace, click Save to pop up the Save dialog box to list the unsaved map, model, layout, etc. There is a check box in front of the item that is checked by default. Uncheck it to not save the item to Workspace.
- Save Workspace: Click the Save button in the Save dialog to save Workspace.
- If the Workspace is a new Workspace, the Workspace Save as dialog will pop up after the above operation, and you can choose to save as File Workspace or Database Works pace. And other Parameter Settings:
- Workspace File: File catalog saved by Workspace.
- Workspace Password: It can be WorkspaceSet Password. When you open the Workspace again, you need to enter the password of this stored Workspace setting.
- Workspace Version: The version saved by Workspace. SuperMap UGC 6.0 and SuperMap UGC 7.0 versions are available.
Save Workspace as
Save the Current Workspace as a new Works pace through Save Works pace as. Save the new or unchanged Workspace without changing the original Workspace.
Here are three ways to Save Works pace as:
- File tab-> Save As..
- Start tab-> Workspace group-> File drop-down-> Save Workspace as
- Workspace Manager Panel-> Workspace Node Context Menu-> Save Workspace as
Close Workspace
Select the Workspace node in Workspace Manager and select Close Workspace in the Context Menu to close the current Workspace.
When executing Close Works pace, if there is no unsaved content in the Current Workspace, the Current Workspace will be closed directly; If there is content in the Current Workspace that has not been saved, a dialog box prompts the user to save the content. If you click No, the Current Workspace will be closed without saving. If you click Yes, the Current Workspace will be saved. When you close the currently open Workspace, by default.
Delete Workspace
Select the Workspace node in the Workspace Manager and delete the current Database Workspace in the Database by selecting Delete Workspace in the Context Menu.
- The Delete Workspace function can only be used when there is an existing Database Workspace in the Open Data Library.
