Rename Dataset
Feature Description
The rename command is used to modify the name of the selected dataset.
After renaming, the dataset name in the associated layers of the map will be automatically updated, reducing the need for users to manually modify the map.
Feature Entry
- Workspace Manager -> Right-click menu on the dataset node -> Rename Dataset
- Workspace Manager -> Dataset node -> Shortcut key F2
Caution: You may need to close the dataset before renaming it. If the layer is open, the system will prompt you that the dataset must be closed before proceeding.
Refresh the Dataset
Feature Description
When multiple clients are editing or modifying the same dataset concurrently, the refresh function can be used to synchronize the dataset content.
Feature Entry
- Right-click on a dataset node in the Workspace Manager and select the Refresh command from the context menu.
- Workspace Manager -> Right-click menu on the dataset node -> Refresh
