Feature Description

SuperMap iDesktopX supports adding S-421 data to the map window and symbolically displaying planned route features according to the Display Catalog specification.

Version Information

SuperMap iDesktopX 2026 and later versions support S-421 symbolic display.

Function Entry

• Workspace Manager->Datasource->S421 group context menu->Add to New Map or Add to Current Map.

Operation Instructions

Symbolic Display:

1. In Workspace Manager, select the imported S-421 data, right-click and choose Add to New Map or Add to Current Map.
2. After the map loads the S-421 data, the system symbolically displays the planned routes and related features according to the Display Catalog specification corresponding to the selected Feature Catalog Name.
3. Browse the planned route data in the map, and check the spatial positions and display effects of the routes and related features.

Viewing Object Properties, Related Information, and Features

1. In the map, select an object, right-click, and choose Properties.
2. In the Properties window that appears, select the Properties tab to view the selected object's attributes.
3. Select the Connective Tissue and Related Information tabs to view the selected object's connective tissue and related information.
