Setting Layer Styles
SuperMap provides two ways to set layer styles: the Layer Style Properties Panel and the Styles Tab for setting point, line, and polygon layer styles, as well as text styles.
- Style Panel: In the Layer Manager, select the point, line, or polygon layer to modify. Double-click or right-click and select the Layer Style... button. A Style panel will pop up on the right side of the map. On the style panel, set point, line, and polygon layer styles, as well as text styles, in a WYSIWYG manner.
- Styles Tab: In the Styles tab, four sets of functional controls are organized: point style, line style, polygon style, and text style. When using the functional controls in the Styles tab to set object styles, it only applies to the current layer. Therefore, you must first set the layer to be styled as the current layer. When setting object styles, the user's settings will be reflected in real-time on the current layer, achieving a WYSIWYG effect.
Note: The Styles tab is a contextual tab bound to the map. It only appears on the ribbon when the currently active window in the application is a map.
- The context menu in the Layer Manager supports quick copying and pasting of layer styles, currently supporting point, line, and polygon layers.
