Add a Particle Object
Instructions for use
The Add Particle Object "feature adds a particle model to a specified layer within the scene. Currently, supported particle models include: Flame, Explosion, Snowfall, Fountain, Smoke, Fireworks, Tail Flame, Fireworks.
Operation steps
- After creating or opening a Scene, add a Particle Object in the specified KML Layer in the following ways:
- If a KML/KMZ layer has been added to the current scene, make sure the KML/KMZ layer is editable.
- If No KML/KMZ layer is added to the current scene, right-click the Normal Layer collection node in the Layer Manager ". Select "New KML Layer" "or" Add KML Layer "" in the pop-up menu to create or add KML/KMZ layers; You can also create or add a new KML/KMZ layer by selecting the Load KML or New KML option in the Layers group on the Object Drawing tab.
- In the Object Drawing tab Particle Object group, select the type of Particle Object you want to apply, and click the mouse at the appropriate location on the KML/KMZ layer. Draw the Particle Object and right-click to cancel the operation. You can edit the Particle Object's attributes by selecting the specific particle, right-clicking, and selecting Attributes, as described in Particle Object Management .
