The Surface Analysis function of Application provides three isoline extraction methods:

Extract all qualified isolines in the Surface model by specifying the parameter.

Isolines of specific values are extracted as desired by the user.

The isoline is selected interactively by clicking on the grid surface, extracting an isoline whose output value is equal to the elevation of the selected point.
