You could modify your nickname, password and security question in "My Info".
To change the account information, please make sure that you logged in. Click your nickname or drop-down arrow at the right side of your nickname in the top of the portal homepage, click "My Account", then you go into the page of "My Info", you can change your nickname and password.
Change Nickname
Click tab of Change Nickname, input your new nickname, then click OK to complete.
Note:
- If you are the administrator, your nickname and user name will be set the same by default in the system. You could change it in "My Info".
- If you are the user registered iPortal in the version of 7C(2015) or older, when you update to 7C(2015) SP1, nick name and user name will be set the same by default in the system. You could change it in "My Info".
Change the password
Click tab of Change the password, input original and new password and confirm the new one, click OK to finish the modification.
Change security question
Click tab of Change security question, chose the security question you want to modify in the Security Question list, input the counter answer in Security Answer, then click OK to finish the modification.
Note:
- If you are a system administrator, and the system does not have security issues set by default, it is recommended that you select the "Modify Security issues" tab on the "My Info" page, set a security question and answer to make sure you can reset your password when you forget your password.
