iPortal provides administrators with feedback management functions. Feedback submitted by ordinary users (including anonymous users) needs to be reviewed by the administrator, only the approved feedback items will be displayed in the feedback list for users to view. The administrator can reply to the feedback received once. The reply supports modification. Feedback management and review are described in detail below.
Feedback management
After logging in to iPortal, click "Management" > "Feedback" > "Feedback Management" to enter the feedback management page, where the administrator can manage all feedback items received in the portal. Administrator can perform the following actions:
- Search: Enter the keyword of the feedback title in the search box, click the search button or press the Enter key on the keyboard, and the feedback items matching the keyword will be searched and listed, you can view, review, reply, modify reply, delete these feedbacks as needed.
- View: Click the title of the feedback item or click "View" in the action bar to view the detailed information of the feedback item, including feedback title, feedback person, Email address, feedback date, review status, review comments, feedback content, and reply content.
- Review: Feedback items whose "Review Status" is "Pending Review" support review operations. You can click "Review" in the operation bar, or perform the "Review" operation on the detail page. The review results include: approved and rejected. After reviewing, the review status will change to "Approved" or "Rejected." Only the approved feedback items support replies, and the reply will be displayed in the feedback list for users to view.
- Reply: The administrator can reply to the approved feedback items. You can click "Reply" in the operation bar, or you can perform the "Reply" operation on the detail page.
- Modify reply: The feedback item whose "Reply Status" is "Replied" supports modifying the reply. You can click "Modify Reply" in the operation bar, or perform the "Modify Reply" operation on the detail page.
- Delete: You can click "Delete" in the operation bar. You can also check the checkbox before the feedback title and click "Delete" at the top of the table to delete it in batches.
Feedback review
After logging in to iPortal, click "Management" > "Feedback" > "Feedback Review" to enter the feedback review page, where the administrator can review all the feedback items received in the portal to be reviewed. The reviewed feedback no longer appears on the Feedback Review page. Follow-up operations on the reviewed feedback items need to be performed on the feedback management page. The Feedback Review page supports the following actions:
- Search: Enter the keyword of the feedback title in the search box, click the search button or press the Enter key on the keyboard, and the feedback items matching the keyword will be searched and listed. You can view, review, and delete the search results as needed.
- View: Click the title of the feedback item or click "View" in the operation bar to view the detailed information, including feedback title, feedback person, Email address, feedback date, review status, and feedback content.
- Review: You can click "Review" in the operation bar, or perform the "Review" operation on the detail page. The review results include: approved and rejected. After reviewing, the review status will change to "Approved" or "Rejected." Only the approved feedback items support replies, and the reply will be displayed in the feedback list for users to view.
