SuperMap iPortal provides a visual alarm rule configuration page, you can edit the default system alarm configuration, and can also add custom rules.
The following introduces how to configure the alarm rules in detail. Click the "Alarm Rule" tab to enter the alarm rule list page, it will show the server node alias and the corresponding applied alarm rules. iPortal provides the default system alarm rules, which can be applied to all GIS server nodes that are not configured with custom alarm rules. Once a node is configured with custom alarm rules, the node will give priority to using custom alarm rules.
Add custom alarm rules
Click the "Add" button, and the "Add custom alarm rule" tab will pop up:
- Select servers to use the rules
Add the servers to use the rules shows on the left to the right box.
- Hardware resource occupation
Check the check box in front of this item to enable the alarm of hardware resource occupancy and the setting of alarm rules:
- CPU usage warning threshold: The default value is 75%, that is, if the CPU usage exceeds 75%, the system will issue a warning message
- CPU usage critical warning threshold: The default value is 85%, that is, if the CPU usage exceeds 85%, the system will issue a serious warning message
- Memory usage warning threshold: The default value is 75%, that is, if the memory usage exceeds 75%, the system will issue a warning message
- Memory usage critical warning threshold: The default value is 85%, that is, if the memory usage exceeds 85%, the system will issue a serious warning message
- Server connection and service log
Check the check box in front of this item to enable the alarm of node connection and service log:
- Offline checking times: The default value is 2 times, that is, if the node is offline for 2 consecutive times, the system will issue a node connection abnormal message
- Warning level of service log: contains two levels: error and warning. The default is the error level, meaning the system will issue log exception messages of the lowest level and above
Edit alarm rules
On the operation column, click the "Edit" button, you can edit the alarm rule of a specific server node. After finishing the editing, the system will automatically synchronize the alarm rule of the node.
