iPortal provides a variety of ready-to-use web applications, including DataViz, DataInsights, MapStudio, iEarth, MapDashboard, Notebook, etc. The portal administrator can  set the use permissions and resource sharing permissions of WebApps in a unified way.

Log in to the portal homepage as an administrator, click Management > App Center Management > Apps Permission, you can perform the following configurations:

  • "Only administrators can edit": Used to set permissions for the WebApp. Checking the check box means that only administrators can see the access entry of the WebApp and perform editing operations in the WebApp, while common users can only view and browse the production results. If not checked, it means that both common users and administrators can see the access entry of the WebApp and perform editing operations in the WebApp.
  • "Default permissions of created resources": Used to set the default sharing permissions of WebApp productions, including private, public retrievable/viewable/editable, etc.

After the above settings, click the "Save" button to take effect.
