The Portal Overview helps you get a quick overview of the current status of the portal.

Log in to the portal as an administrator, click 'Management > Portal Statistics' , the default selection is 'Portal Overview' tab. On the Portal Overview page, you can see the real-time status of the portal and export the portal overview information as a PDF file via the 'Download' button in the bottom right corner.

  • Online Users: Shows the total number of online users of the portal. Click on the button to view the detailed online user list.
  • Total number of data download times: Shows the sum of the number of downloads of all data resources in the portal. Click on the button to view the data download statistics curve.
  • Total number of key visits: Shows the sum of the number of all key visits in the portal. Click the button to view the key visit statistics curve. For more information on how to generate keys, see: My keys.
  • Total number of map visits: Shows the sum of the number of all map visits in the portal. Click the button to view the map visit statistics curve.
  • Total number of service visits: Shows the sum of the number of all service visits in the portal. Click the button to view the service visit statistics curve.
  • Total number of scene visits: Shows the sum of the number of all scene visits in the portal. Click the button to view the scene visit statistics curve.
  • Total number of resources: Shows the total number of resources in the portal, including Map, Service, Scene, Data, Projects, Insight, MapDashboard, and Notebook. You can view the number of each type of resource. Click the button to view the resource number statistics curve.
  • Amount of users and the distribution of members: Shows the total number of users and the distribution of members in the portal. The number of users is divided by user type, including creator and viewer. Click on the button to view the user count statistics curve.
  • Number of user license usage: Shows the usage status of user licenses. You can view the percentage of used/unused user licenses through the pie chart.
  • Hot maps Top 5: Shows the top 5 maps in the portal with the highest number of visits. Click on "View details" to see the statistic curve of the visits to these maps.
  • Hot services Top 5: Shows the top 5 services in the portal with the highest number of visits. Click on 'View Details' to see the statistic curve of the visits to these services.

 

Note:

  • The system administrator (ADMIN) which was created during the initialization of SuperMap iPortal and users with the viewer user type do not occupy the user license of iPortal.
  • The total number of key visits, the total number of service visits, and Hot services Top 5 need to enable the service proxy and the service access statistics function. For details, see: Service proxy configuration.
