Feature Description

The template browse area in the Text Style Manager window is used to display the contents under the path of the currently browsed template sub-group directory, that is, the templates and other sub-groups contained in the template library sub-group corresponding to the node selected in the template library sub-group management area.

Operations

• New Text Style Template: Creates a new text template in the current template library or group.
• Import…: Imports an external text template into the current template library or group.
• Export…: Exports the selected text template.
• Copy: Copies the selected text template to the clipboard.
• Paste: Pastes the text template from the clipboard into the current group. This command is available when there is a usable template in the clipboard.
• Rename: Modifies the name of the current text template.
• Open File Location: Opens the local folder where the current text template is located.
• Delete: Deletes the selected text template.

Hold down the Ctrl or Shift key to select multiple text templates. After multi-selection, you can perform export, copy, and delete operations; the Rename and Open File Location commands are unavailable.
