Template library browsing area
The template browsing area of the Text Style Manager window is used to display the content under the directory path of the currently browsed template subgroup, that is, the templates and other subgroups contained in the template library subgroup corresponding to the selected node in the template library subgroup management area.
In the function area of the template library management window, the button on the right of "View:" can control the display style of the template browsing area, which is divided into small icon style, large icon style, list style and Details style. Click the corresponding button to switch the display style of the template browsing area.

The functions provided by these Context Menus are described in detail below.

Select the template or subgroup in the template browsing area in the Text Style Manager window, right click the mouse, and the Context Menu will pop up as shown below. The following describes the functions of each item in the Context Menu in detail:
- Display Method: Controls the display style of icons in the template browsing area. There are four display styles: large icon, small icon, list and detail. Specific operation:
- In the template browsing area of the Text Style Templates setting window, right click the mouse in the blank position;
- In the pop-up Context Menu, point to the "Display Method" item and select a style in the menu below it.
- If one or more templates or sub-groups are selected in the template browsing area, right click the mouse, and the pop-up Context Menu also contains the "Display Method" item, through which the display style of Set Icon can also be set.
- Copy: Copy multiple sub-groups or templates selected in the template browsing area to the clipboard. Specific operation:
- In the template browsing area of the Text Style Templates setting window, select multiple subgroups or templates in the same way as selecting multiple files or folders in the Windows Explorer, that is, subgroups are similar to folders and templates are similar to files;
- Right click the mouse and select "Copy" in the pop-up Context Menu to copy the selected template and sub-group, including the template under the sub-group and other sub-group directories to the clipboard.
- Paste: Copy the sub-group and template copied in the above copy operation to the specified sub-group. The specific operation is as follows:
- In the Text Style Templates setting window, locate to the Target Path of the content to be copied, that is, the directory displaying the Target Path in the template browsing window;
- Right click the mouse in the blank area under the target directory, and select Paste in the pop-up Context Menu to copy the copied sub-group and template to the target directory.
- Rename: Renames the name of a selected sub-group. The specific operation is as follows:
- Right click in the template browsing area of the Text Style Templates setting window to select a certain subgroup;
- Select "Rename" in the pop-up Context Menu;
- The name of the selected subgroup becomes editable. At this time, you can modify the name of the subgroup.
- Delete: Delete the selected multiple templates and sub-groups, including all the templates and sub-group directories in the sub-group. Specific operation:
- In the template browsing area of the Text Style Templates setting window, select multiple subgroups or templates in the same way as selecting multiple files or folders in the Windows Explorer, that is, subgroups are similar to folders and templates are similar to files;
- Right click the mouse and select "Delete" in the pop-up Context Menu;
- In the pop-up dialog box, the user is asked whether to delete the selected content. If Confirm Deletions, click the "OK" button to delete the selected template and subgroup, including all templates and subgroups in the subgroup. If the "Cancel" button is clicked, the deletion operation is cancelled.
- Export: Used to export multiple selected templates and sub-groups, including all contents under the selected sub-group directory, as a template library file. Specific operation:
- In the template browsing area of the Text Style Templates setting window, select multiple subgroups or templates in the same way as selecting multiple files or folders in the Windows Explorer, that is, subgroups are similar to folders and templates are similar to files;
- Right click the mouse and select "Export" in the pop-up Context Menu;
- The Save As dialog box pops up. Specify the path to save the new template library file and the file name of the new template library file in the dialog box, and then click Save.

When the template or subgroup in the template browsing area in the Text Style Templates setting window is not selected, right click the mouse to pop up the Context Menu as shown below. The functions of each item in the Context Menu are described in detail as follows:

- In the template browsing area of the Text Style Templates setting window, right click the mouse in the blank position;
- In the pop-up Context Menu, point to the "Display Method" item and select a style in the menu below it.
- New Text Style Template: Create a new Text Style Templates in the current Text Template library directory. Specific operation:
- In the template browsing area of the current Text Style Templates setting window, right click the mouse in the blank position;
- In The pop-up Context Menu, select New Text Style "Item, and set the Basic Info and Font Effects attributes of the Text Style Templates in the pop-up Set Text Style" dialog box.
- When all settings are complete, click the OK button to exit the dialog box. You can see that a new template named "Template" has been added to the current template browse window.
