The template library grouping management area in the Text Style Manager window and the template grouping in the Management Template Library are similar to the Windows Explorer in function and presentation.
Subgroup management of template library
The template library organizes and manages templates in a logical grouping manner to facilitate the classification and management of templates. Each template library has only one root group, which stores all template resources in the template library. The root group is similar to the root directory of a disk in Windows Explorer, and the template resources stored in the root group are similar to the All File stored in the disk. The files in the disk can be directly stored in the root directory of the disk or logically stored in different folders in the disk, and the folders can be nested layer by layer. Similar to this structure, for all template resources saved in the root group of the template library, these templates can be directly stored under the root group, and can also be logically grouped. Each group saves a class of templates with similar meanings. Here, the templates are grouped into sub-groups, and the sub-groups can be nested. That is, each sub-packet may contain zero or more templates or zero or more sub-packets.
The template library grouping management area is a subgrouping area in the visual Management Template library, which visually presents and manages the logical organizational structure of the currently loaded template library in a tree directory structure, that is, the grouping structure, where the root node of the directory tree corresponds to the root group of the template library, and the child nodes under the root node are the subgroups under the root group. The child nodes under the subgroup correspond to other subgroups contained in the subgroup, and so on, and are nested layer by layer.
Click the node in the directory tree of the template library group management area to display all the templates and other subgroups under this subgroup in the template library browsing area. The subgroups are displayed as folders in the template browsing area, and the templates and subgroups under the root group of the currently loaded filling template library are displayed in the template library browsing area.
