Feature Description
The template library group management area organizes root groups, template libraries, and groups in a tree directory structure, used to manage text template resources in the "Select Style Template" window. The system template library, user-created template libraries, and imported template libraries are all located under the root group.
Click a node in the directory tree to view the corresponding content in the template library browsing area on the right. When the root group is selected, the right side displays all text templates under the root group in the order of directories and templates; when a template library or group is selected, the right side displays the groups and text templates under that node.
Operation Instructions
Managing Template Libraries and Groups
The system template library, user-created template libraries, imported template libraries, and their subordinate groups use a unified context menu. Right-click a template library or group to execute the corresponding commands in the following order:
- Import Template Library…: Import an external template library into the currently selected template library or group.
- Export Template Library…: Export the currently selected template library or group and its contents to a specified location.
- New Group: Create a new group under the currently selected template library or group.
- Rename: Modify the name of the current template library or group. After entering the name, the system validates it according to the existing duplicate name validation rules.
- Open File Location: Open the local folder where the currently selected template library or group is located.
- Delete: Delete the selected template library or group. When deleting a group, the text templates and subordinate groups within that group are also deleted.
Browsing Group Contents
- Expand the root group in the template library group management area.
- Select a template library or group, and the template library browsing area on the right displays the contents under that node.
- Double-click a subordinate group, or select the corresponding node in the left directory tree, to continue browsing the text templates and subordinate groups within it.
Notes:- When deleting a template library or group, the text templates and subordinate groups contained within it will also be deleted. Please confirm the selected object before deletion.
- Different objects support different commands. Commands not applicable to the currently selected object are unavailable.
