Export Point Symbols as Pictures
In the Marker Symbol Selector, you can Export to Image a selected point symbol in the symbol list to a file. The specific operations are as follows:
- In the Marker Symbol Selector, select the point symbol to be Export to Image in the point symbol list;
- In the Marker Symbol Selector, click the "File" menu, select "Export" in the following menu, and continue to select "Export to Image" "under the submenu;
The "Export to Image" menu item is only available if there is a selected point symbol in the current point symbol list.
- Pop up the "Export to Image" dialog box, locate the path where the exported Picture File is stored, enter the Picture File name and File Type, and specify the size of the exported picture;
- Image types that
- support point symbol export include: *.png, *.bmp, *.jpg, *.jpeg.
- You can specify the size of the exported image. You can select the Default Size provided in the dialog box, or you can select the custom width and height values. Then, enter the width and height values of the image respectively to set the size of the Output Image in pixels.
- Check "Background Transparency" to make the exported image Background Transparency.
- When you are done, click Save to complete the point symbol Export as Image.
