Sets the style of the line layer

Instructions for use

Style Settings tab, Line Style group for line Objects SettingMarker Style in 3D layers of Vector Dataset type in the scene. All Line Style settings are applied to the selected 3D layer in real time, that is, WYSIWYG.

There are several types of line objects available for Style Settings:

3D layer of Line/Route/Network Dataset Type: You can Objects SettingLine Style for lines in the Dataset; in addition, when a line object is vertically stretched into Region3D, the line style Style Settings can also be applied to the contour line generated after the line object is pulled up.
3D layer of face Dataset Type: OutLine SettingLine Style of face objects in the face Vector Dataset; In addition, when a face object is stretched vertically as a 3D body object, the linetype Style Settings can also be applied to the resulting contour lines after the face object is pulled up.
3D layer of the Point Dataset class: When the Point Vector Dataset is pulled up vertically, the linetype Style Settings can be applied to the pulling line (vertical line) generated after the pulling up.

Note: The All Functions controls in the Line Styles group are available only if the current layer is a 3D layer of the desired Vector Dataset type; otherwise, they are unavailable.

Operation steps

Line symbol

The Line Symbol feature will be used to style the line symbol of the Line Dataset in the 3D Scene.

Click the Drop-down Button of the Line Symbol item in the Line Style group on the Style Settings tab to pop up a list of line symbol resources (as shown in the following figure). The upper part of the list displays the user's Recent Symbols, and the lower part of the list provides the system's default root group symbol library. The user can Select the symbols in the Symbol list as required as the symbol style of the line object in the current line layer;

You can also click the More Symbols button at the bottom of the line symbol resource list to set the symbol style of the line object in the pop-up Line Symbol Selector "window;
When the user selects a line symbol style, all line objects in the current scene line layer will be displayed in the 3D sphere in real time according to the selected line symbol style.

Line color

The buttons to the right of the Line Color tab set the display color of the line. Click the color button to the right of the label to select and set the color of the line in the pop-up color panel.

Line width

The Line Width (pixels) function sets the line width of the line. Enter a value in the combo box to the right of the label and click the Enter key to apply the setting; you can also set the line width by the reference value provided in the drop-down list of the Options combo box. The value of the line width is in pixels.
