Scene Service Settings

Instructions for use

The Scene Service Settings function supports the setting of the Scene Clip range and clipping mode. Publish File Workspace with SuperMap iServer and SuperMap iClient3D for Used with WebGL's S3M Tiles Layer class, it can be used to control the range of S3MTile Data displayed in a front-end scenario.

Function entrance

  • Workspace Manager-> Scene Node Context Menu-> Scene Service Settings Button

Operation steps

  1. After saving the configured scene, Click Works pace Manager -> Specific Scene Node Context Menu -> Scene Service Settings button.
  2. In the " Scene Service Settings "panel that pops up, set the Scene Clip area and crop mode.
    • Scene Clip area: From the drop-down menu, select the Datasource in the Current Workspace that stores the clipped face data. Currently, clipping faces with island holes is not supported.
    • Dataset: Select the 3D Region Dataset used to represent the clipping face range from the Datasource in the drop-down menu.
    • Crop mode: select crop mode, including Keep Inside and Keep Outside.
      • Keep Inside: After the scene is published as a 3D Service through SuperMap iServer, only the S3MTile Data inside the clipping area is provided to load and display in the front end.
      • Keep Outside: After the scene is published as a 3D Service through SuperMap iServer, only S3MTile Data outside Clip Bounds is provided to load and display in the front end.
