Manage Presentation project

Open any scene, and a Presentation tab will appear at the top of the window. In this tab, you can complete the presentation management, Page editing, Show the presentation, and other operations.

Create new presentation

Function entrance

  • Presentation tab-> Presentation-> New

Operation steps

  1. Click the New button under the Presentation group to open the New dialog box.
  2. Set the Presentation Project name and storage directory, and click OK in the dialog box.

Open the existing reporting project

Function entrance

  • Presentation tab-> Presentation-> Open;

Operation steps

  1. Click the Open button under the Presentation group.
  2. Select the existing Presentation project in the pop-up Open File dialog box and click OK.
Caution:
  • If the scene bound to an existing Presentation project does not exist in the Current Works pace, the project cannot be opened. You will be prompted in the Output Window: "Unable to open the Presentation project. The scene to which the Presentation project is bound was not found in the Current Workspace."
  • Only One Presentation project can be opened. If there is already a Presentation, a prompt will pop up when opening or Create new presentation the project, such as "Presentation" Presentation 1 "has been modified. Save.
    • Yes: Save, close the current presentation, reopen or Create new presentation
    • project;
    • No: Abort the current operation, close the current presentation, and reopen or Create new presentation project.

Save/Save As

Function entrance

  • Presentation tab-> Presentation-> Click Save/Save As

Operation steps

  1. Click the Drop-down Button for Save under the Presentation group, and select Save or Save As.
  2. Select Save. After saving successfully, a prompt will be given in the Output Window: Presentation file saved successfully, and the output address is..
  3. Select Save As, select and set the File Name in the pop-up dialog box, and then click OK to complete the save.
